Private Companies vs Elected Government Jobs

Everyone now talking about how jobs should not be requiring background checks because the President Trump got into power. However, private companies are not the same as elected government work. They are private companies, and they have private assets to protect, which makes them different. It is the companies money that is being used to run the business and therefore that gives them the right to run background checks because they don’t want to lose money on employee fraud or potential unsafe conditions.

We should allow for all type of felons to run for political office as that is only fair. Felon types should not be discriminated against. And then, if we can get enough felons into the public office, we could potentially have the laws overturned in regarding for conviction of murder, sexual solved, fraud, robbery, robbery, violent offenses, and other minor felonies. Furthermore, we can also have misdemeanour offenses , taking off the table as well, so that there will be no court system to charge anybody for misdemeanours or felonies and we were just live in a country where everybody is free.  That is what it seems like with everybody being mad about Trump being elected that we should be doing these activities. All these people seem like they want no more background checks on anybody because Trump is elected and if you want that, you cannot discriminate against certain felons.
