Socialism Wouldn't Work for United States

Read the article above this line and I love peoples comments.  People say the U.S. should take a hint and that Socialism works.  However, socialism only works for European Countries and those in other countries. 

Socialism would not work in the U.S. because our Constitution is incompatible.  Our constitution was designed not to have equal endings for all, but it was designed to make your life the way you want it to be.  That has innovation all over it, but that does not mean that everyone is going to take advantage or find the opportunities.  

I went to a school that was in the middle- to low-income areas and I saw many people that did not take advantage of the education that was given.  We had AP classes for children to enroll in to challenge themselves. There were programs to prepare for college. Although all those opportunities were given many people decided that hanging out with friends, ditching school was better, getting into fights, and not caring about their personal health.  

Here in America we decide what we want to do in life.  We have to find the opportunities, they do not just come to us.  We have to put in work in order to find the opportunities and succeed in what we do. Our Founders learned that government dependency was not good because they have the right to control you and take your life away.  

Socialistic countries have a tight hold on their people when it comes to personal freedom and rights.  Why else do you think when they protest they through Molotov cocktails into buildings and get buck wild.  They know that is the only way someone might listen to them.

America!!!!

Americans do not understand why I Founding Fathers fought for liberty in this country. They do not understand what they did to fight centralized government (the monarchy). They do not understand that we have always wanted to keep our liberty. Do they understand that when you demand on the government to give you economic equality that you are asking the government to take away your rights?

Do Americans understand that some people start business because they believe that it will give them a better life to be happy? Do Americans understand that if it were not for Capitalism that we would have fallen a long time ago? Do Americans understand that the countries that are part of the European Union is failing economically because of Socialism?

I do not think that Americans know what the hell they are protesting. This country has not survived because of the need to put everyone on food stamps. This country has lasted long because of the ability to develop economically and make your own way. America gives everybody an equal starting point. It gives you the choice to be a success or fail. You fail because of you actions not because of what others have. In this country we are taught to work hard for what we want. We are not taught to sit on our butts and expect government to give us things.

WE ARE NOT THE EUROPEAN UNION, WE ARE AMERICANS!!! WE HAVE AN EQUAL STARTING GROUND IN SOCIETY , SO THAT WE CAN HAVE LIBERTY, PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, AND LIFE!!!

SOME AMERICANS WHINE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT WALL STREET. LET TELL YOU SOMETHING WALL STREET GIVES THE DAMN JOBS THAT YOU HAVE!!! SO DONT THINK THEY ARE BEING GREEDY. THEY WORK FOR THEIR MONEY LIKE YOU WORK FOR YOURS. TRY LIVING IN THEIR SHOES IT IS NOT A WALK IN THE PARK!!!

American National Government

Some of you may know that I am taking American National Government to pass the time. Also a college did not accept my AP credit so I am just taking it in case I go there. However, their some lovely thing that I learned today. As I am reading my government book, I begin to feel a little bad. I blamed poor FDR for so many things when actually part of the problem stems today from the dear Supreme Court.

Okay let me begin I think the New Deal was a good idea in some ways, but some of the programs during that time brought us back into the depression. Thanks to World War II ( I am not happy about the lives that got lost in the war or happy that it occurred) it got us out and when we were assisting Britain before we entered the war. However, the Supreme Court is somewhat to blame for the reason we are in a "Welfare State" at the moment. They helped contribute by judging in some cases where the National Government gains superiority. Also a judge name Fiske, I believe, stated that the 10th was irrelevant. However, in 1990s the Supreme Court tried to clean up their mess of late by devolution.

As you have noticed in the last few days, people are really worried about Europe stocks at the moment. Now let me tell you that in a decade or two we are going to be seeing exactly that or maybe even in three decades. We are going to be likely in a Social Welfare State, namely Socialism. Maybe we will not be full out Socialist for another 100 years. I think it is going to happen. Unless, we do something about it and stop the expansion of the government.

Europe is not producing enough to keep up with the financial costs of their social welfare plans. That is why they may need to deregulate a little bit and allow their businesses to thrive. Meaning they need to develop new types of products and export to other countries. U.S. will see this problem in the future if they do not get it together. Deregulate a little bit and allow businesses to patent new products and produce them. They will see a growth in jobs and money flow to the people. Then we will not need the government to issue tax cuts or stimulus packets. America could learn from Hong Kong because Americans and others like to go their to get business going. There are so many regulations here in America that it prevents an increase in smaller business and allow them to get bigger. For instance John Stossal interviewed several people that began business in Hong Kong and they succeeded. Why? The succeeded because of low regulations to get business going and maintain one.


That is what America needs to do to create jobs or we are in the crap whole for a long time. We need to stop depending on the federal government to do everything for us and they need to limit their powers and hand it over to the state.

Playing Fix it All in the World, but not in America

I am on my computer checking out the news. As I am reading about some people dying in Pakistan after a NATO attack on some terrorists, I realize that people within the US do not really care about the US. While we are trying to fix the world of their problems, we ignore the ones that are here. For instance, Obama has no regard for the people's opposition to the Health Care bill, he acts like he knows the solution. When in reality the Health Care Bill is going to hurt the US. The countries within the European Union are a perfect example of that. When people become too dependent on the government they do not take responsibility for their life or actions. That is what is going to happen to the US.

Another thing is that while we are trying to help the poor in other countries, we do not do a good job at helping those that are here. Delivering them some water or food when they are out on the streets. The people in the poor countries deserve help too, but so does our people. Granted not everyone is going to want the help. However, we are not really doing a good job at helping the poorer nations because we are stunting their growth as a country. You now there are farmers that are there and they are trying to sell their food to their people. But they end up not being able to sell because we are giving away food.

The final thing that really irkes me is the fact that our freedoms are going away. People hardly acknowledge the fact that the more we depend on government, the more we lose our freedoms. Look at what is happening in the middle east. The US just waltzes into Pakistan and takes Bin Laden out, while getting the permission to shoot any Pakistan officer or military that gets in the way. There is a violation of a nation's sovereignty. They could have worked a bit more on the negotiation and compromise. That violation of sovereignty directly depicts what is going on the US. There was a lot more freedom with a limited government. Granted there are going to be people that are not going to be fortunate, but their family needs to help them or someone other than the government

All I am saying is that before we can go out and care about other nations, we need to care about our own too. Robert Frost suggested that the first step to caring about the world is to first care and support or local home, then your state, then your nation, and then finally the rest of the world. How can we help others when we need help too. Granted we can and need to both at the same time. However, there are some priorities that need to be arranged. The first one is caring about how your nation feels about certain policies and what their needs are.

Bored

Okay I am super bored right now. I have exhausted playing video games and do not feel like watching shows on the internet. Life can be so boring at times. If you are wondering about homework, well I have attempted that and could not focus. I do not understand why I am so restless what is going on with me? So I decided to go to the store to pick up random items, walked around the block a couple of times, that is the most exciting thing that I have done today. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly and I can hang out with my friend on the lower east side. I need to find some interesting things to do in NYC that is cheap.
While I am waiting...I read some of my homework assignment for philosophical apologetics. This book that we are currently reading is highly interesting, it is called Economics in a Christian Perspective. I love this book it is so interesting. Did you know that the US private sector helps out more then the private sector of France. On the other hand, I think it is because FRANCE HAS HARDLY A PRIVATE SECTOR. I think that it is great that the private sector helps out the poor and it shows that the private sector can help people a lot. That maybe these countries in the EUROPEAN UNION should think about expanding the private sector. Also did you know that because people depend on the government, they feel like they should be held less responsible for their actions and blame the government? I already knew that fact. We should not have to depend on the government for social helps. The private sector does a better job at helping the poor and helping solve social problems. Every time the government runs something, it runs into the ground because the one solution does not fit for everyone.

America's Disappearing Constitution

Have you ever looked back into American history and ask yourself what is the difference between then and now? Well I have and I think that America is very different from what it used to be and what it is now. In the book A Conflict of Visions written by Thomas Sowell, he talks about the difference between the Constrained and Unconstrained visions. He begins with a definition of each of the visions. The Unconstrained Vision focuses on the results of decisions that have been made and the Constrained Vision focuses on the processes rather then the results.

During the French Revolution they were focused on the results of the revolution. They wanted to have everyone at the same and equal status of each other. In the end, there was much blood spilled because they were too focused on the results. The ends justify the means, that is what it sounds like to me. On the other hand, the American Revolution focused on the processes rather then the results. They made sure that everyone got equal rights, but how they used their rights depends on themselves. However, now we Americans are focusing too much on the results not the processes. We are beginning to desire to have everyone end the same, but that is not how the American Dream works or American Exceptionalism. What the American Dream is getting offered the same rights and opportunities and it is up to the individual to decide how they want to use it and if they use it. And if they do not have the money or are limited in opportunities to find alternatives. It is our responsibility to get to where we want to be not the governments. We should not blame other people that use the opportunities and it end up rich or living good.

Another way that America has changed since the beginning is that we depend on the government too much and play the blaming game. We blame the government, the institutions, and our families for the way that we are and how we act. This is another part of the unconstrained view, we focus too much on how we want to end up rather then on the process. Also we are not taking responsibility for our actions. The Unconstrained View does not allow the individual to take responsibility for their actions instead they blame it on the environment or the people surrounding the situation.

However, back in the day basically any man worked for himself and in the end it helped the society. Man is far from achieving perfection because of the limitations and that is another part of the Constrained View. Everyone had responsibilities to take care of their families, make sure they spent their money correctly, make sure that they went to work on time, make sure to go to college, make sure to get your job in the honest way. What happened to that? Well what happened is that people are driving away from the Constitution and wanting to become a Welfare State. They know if that happens then they do not need to take responsibility for their actions, they can just blame institutions and the government. People are going away from the Constitution because it requires too much responsibility.

The government and the people of America need to take responsibility for their lack of following the Constitution. Requiring the state to care for them when we are suppose to work for what we want. The government needs to be reeled in and the people need to begin to work for what they want. Both sides need to take responsibility for their actions and get it together.

The Constitution is relevant today, whether you like to believe it or not. IT is completely relevant. It made a tad vague for reason so that when the times changed it could apply to the present situations. The people need to realize that PROGRESS IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD, need to realize that the TRADITIONAL IS NOT ALWAYS BAD.


Wake up America!! The more you ask from the government, the more of your RIGHTS they shall take!! If we do not fight to go back to the Constitution then sometime the government and the people will fight each other in a civil war again. People are either going to be fighting to get rid of the Constitution in favor of a Welfare State like the European Union or fight for the PRESERVATION OF THE THE CONSTITUTION!!
