Apathy in America

Today, I am thinking about how apathetic I have became in regards to politics and about America’s society. I think that Americans are left in the dark by Rich Republicans and Rich Democrats because they want to stay in power, which as we have seen throughout history that has always been a part of the problem. Rich Democrats and rich Republicans use the media to bring out emotional elements rather than intellectual ones so that Americans are not thinking with their brains and only thinking with their emotions. I really do think that Americans need to wake the fuck up and realize that these people in power are not for them. They’re a bunch of old ass people that have been elected numerous times over and over again, and do not have Americans best interest because they know they are not gonna be alive when all this shit hits the fan.

Normally, I try not to curse in my blogs, but I’m just fed up with this country and I’m fed up with Americans who do not want to use their brains. They want all the information told to them and they want to do no research about what is really going on. I’m so sick of it. That is why I dropped out of politics a long time ago because people do not think with their fucking brains and they choose to be stupid about it. We should be having term limits on these fucking assholes in Congress, but Americans don’t think that way. Biden and Trump are both petty as fuck when it came to dismantling each other‘s shit that they have passed while they were in president and you know what we are the fucking victims of it all. Americans wake up you may not think that education is important, but it is. It is very important and to sit here and it is problematic. Education can help you understand how to use your fucking brains instead of your emotions. I know many people may not read this and that is perfectly fine, but I had to get this off my chest because it is important that not all of us are idiotic in the way that we think.

Update: I did tag a label called morals in here and let me talk about morals for a second. Americans have lost all morality they would rather see CEO get shot in the head and cheered on than realizing that they have a family. Charlie Kirk people were happy to see him dead and it is wrong that people would be happy about seeing him dead. People would rather push their political objectives, like getting gender surgery on children rather than looking at the harm that it could potentially cause so these children in the future. People care more about their pronouns than humanity and that is really sad.

I was quoted in this article

I present this link right here to the article I was quoted in: http://www.statepress.com/2013/10/02/asu-community-reacts-to-affordable-care-act/

Yes it does come off that I am unbiased, but I definitely do not support the law.  I do think that dealing with the uninsured went the wrong way.  The Dems did have good intentions, but it was wrong in so many ways.  The law is about as big as the Bible and that is wrong.  Furthermore, like I said in previous blogs they should have let the state develop their own methods.

Colorado Democrats Ousted

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57602365/two-colo-lawmakers-recalled-over-gun-control-support/

I am happy to read the news today because I just learned that two Colorado lawmakers were voted out of office through a special recall election.  The reason they were ousted is because they supported stricter gun-laws that would limit law-abiding gun holders and limit the sales and amounts of ammunition.  This is known as Bloomberg Gun Control Law, similar to his law in New York City.

Anyways, another thing to be happy about is that Bloomberg could not influence the recall election enough so they could stay in office. In which, that is a relief because no one wants a New York City law man controlling other states lawmakers or the legislation that goes through.

I do not know when Bloomberg is ever going to learn his lesson. The lesson is ; First, no one care about what you have to say because are in New York. Second, you have no right to attempt to influence legislation or lawmakers in another state.  Third, more people are going to hate you because you are acting like an arrogant prick.

Bloomberg please focus on your own city and stop trying to control the lives of millions.  It will backlash!

No Military Invasion of Syria

Everyone knows that Obama is now adding military option against Syria if the conflict does not resolve or President Assad does not step down.

President Obama is not thinking about this and he is acting very similar to President Bush.  Many of you will think that this is not similar to President Bush invading Iraq, but it is.

I do not think that we have the right to intervene into the Civil War of another nation.  Anyways, if we help these rebels (militarily( who is to say they will not turn on us once like many of Shiite Muslims in Iraq.  However, not all of them have turned on us, but definitely the radical side of them that has a similar outlook to the rulers of Iran.  President Obama and Democrats in the end did not support the invasion of Iraq and criticize Bush for the war.  However, they all think that it is okay to invade Syria.

The situation in Syria is worse then the one in Iraq in 2003.  The reasons why:
  1. It is a Civil War between a group of people (rebels) and the government.  The rebels are tired of the government they view as tyrannical.  They say they want more rights, but who knows it could be like Egypt in the future where it actually gets more strict, but under Sunni rule.
  2. Yes, the conflict may be causing mass amounts of refugees, but in what war has there been no refugees?  Yes, countries like Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, and other countries are having problems with refugees, but that is nothing new when it comes to war.  Those people are the ones that deserve to have food and aid.  On the other hand, the rebels are violent and once again we do not know if they will turn on us once they have won the war.
  3. Russia and China have valuable reasons for other countries not to invade into the Syrian conflict and they could pose big problems to the U.S. if we decide to invade.  Furthermore, Russian troops (minimal) are already on ground in Syria, helping President Assad gain control over Syria again. If we invade to help the rebels we will be fighting a proxy war with the Russian military.  That will make relations with the Russians even worse.  I guess we could use Syria as a means of getting back in China for causing that conflict with Japan, but still not wise to invade.
Once again are dear President and Congress is going to refuse to listen to the American people.  He refused to listen on the Healthcare Bill and now he is not going to listen to the American people again.  We should stay out of it all together and not make the decision to join a side.  Right now no one knows who is the lesser of two evils. In the end, it looks like Obama wants to support rebels who eat soldiers hearts to send a message.

Why Does Everything Have to Involve Race in America?

This question is my topic for this blog and I am going to try to provide some answers for it in a simple way.

  1. We live in America that identifies people by race -- We have to learn to not say I am black, I am white, I am brown.  We need to change that because then maybe less people will turn it into a race issue
  2. Americans can turn a simple issue into a race issue--I love this one because the race card gets so easily pulled out.  We can turn just about anything into a race issue if it involves two people of different colors.  Except most of the time the real issue was never about the color of your skin.  There was a Democrat, I forget his name, he decided to rail against Conddoleezza Rice because she is a black Republican.  You choose your party not based on the color of your skin, you choose a party that is most aligned with your values.  That is not a race issue.
  3. Once again we live in America that has an issue of racism--like most nations they have all had this problem.  We Americans forget that this was recent past and we are still trying to get over it and make sure everything is equal.  This process takes time and it will continue to take time. Membership of the Ku KLux Klan is a perfect indicator things are changing and people are becoming more accepting.  They will soon be of no influence at all in the future.
  4. Once again America asks us to identify by race rather then just being American---This is a very important reason why we cannot get over the race problem because they still expect us to identify by color.  When
  5.  in truth we are all Americans.  We may have different ethnic backgrounds, different traditions, and different cultures, but we are all Americans.

Personally, I do not care about the color of anyone's skin because I believe that we are all Americans.  However, we need to start changing the way we think.  Furthermore, change does not occur right away, but it takes time.  President Obama he knows that change does not occur right away and he knows that it is going to take time.  Furthermore, when they pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964, I am pretty sure they knew they were still going to hear cases of discrimination because people do not change overnight.

Lastly, I am pretty sure you know why I am posting this on this day.  Well, its because I saw many posts on this Zimmerman case.  Here is my opinion, not taking race into account here.  The state of Florida failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt he committed murder.  Florida prosecutors failed to prove their case and that is the problem.  It is not the justice system, it was the state of Florida.

People say a black man has no justice, but I do know of several cases where a black man was acquitted of all his charges.  I have a friend that was acquitted.

The Election Goes to Obama, Now Back to Reality

So I am happy that the election is finally over and buisness will resume soon.  So he won the Electoral Vote and barely lost the popular vote.  I bet that this win is a good and bad thing for him.  Good that he won the reelection, but now he has to start listening to the people and working with the House Republicans and encouraging Senator Reid to work with the House.  He now knows that he has to work a little harder for Americans to see him as favorable.

One thing is that he has to stop playing the blame game, the blame game needs to stop.  He needs to stop blaming Bush and Republicans because everyone is to blame for the way things are, including himself.  Example, the budget was not passed because Reid refused to put it on the floor for discussion and vote.  Boehner and Obama worked together to try to work out some kind of agreement and they did, but Reid refused to cooperate.

Another issue is Iran, we have to decide to do something about them because the after January you can expect Israel to attack.  If Israel attacks and Iran upholds its promise to attack American bases an interests, we are going to be in a war, whether we like it or not.  He has to find some way to deal with them and stop the automatic cuts on defense which is going to harm the economy and hurt our ability to brace ourselves for war.

Japan and China, he better get some diplomatic talks going, so those two do not get into it.

However, the main issue is that we need to start uniting this country.  We need to get both sides to work together.  Otherwise, this country will be in the crap hole because we could not compromise.  I apologize for attacking Harry Reid so much, but if you want to know he has been very uncooperative. At least to some degree Obama is willing to work across the aisle in a limited fashion.

Divided Nation

So when I saw this I got so angry, but I did not get angry at the extreme left for this.  I got angry because people believe what the extremist are claiming in this post. You honestly believe that people will do such a thing? I do not think that the Republicans told Democrats that the vote is on Novemeber 7th, that is the most dumbest thing that I have heard in a long time.  They know that Americans will believe any propaganda if you shove it in their face or show young people who tend to be extremists, both sides do it.  We young people are the most impressionable people, most of us will not do research.  We believe everything that is told to us and we take it and run with it.  Most young people are the ones that think out of the box and calm down a little later, but there are the few that truly believe when they are older.  Bolshevik Revolution was done by young people, Mao Tse-Sung was young when he began the Communist Revolution and he led many young people with him.
We have to start questioning the things that are told to us especially young people.  The media manipulates us and tries to make them believe that they are the only ones that know everything, when they are only scratching the surface of the problem.  This problem comes from when we were kids, some want to teach us what to think, but not how to think.  They do not teach us how to question the facts or interpret the facts, that comes when we are in college.
Now let me conclude how this all relates to a divided nation.  The extremists of both parties are making the people more split, they have been working at it for awhile to divide the nation.  We need to start having a middle ground because the nation is too divided.  Romney and Obama are tied in the elections and this shows that the country is divided.  I know that I have posted about this before BUT COMPROMISE IS NECESSARY. Our Founding Fathers have warned that factions are going to hurt our nation.  Another quote is that America is not going to fall from an outside country, but from within.  This would be possible if we keep up the divisions, we need to start getting along!!!

COMPROMISE PEOPLE!!  START GETTING ALONG, OUR NATION IS FALLING APART!!!

Election 2012 and Post -Election

So I just realized that I have not posted on this blog since June.  I have been a bit preoccupied with work, school, and Iran.

This photo combo shows President Obama in Chapel Hill, N.C. on April 24, and Republican presidential candidate, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney on April 18, in Charlotte, N.C.
AP
I have decided that I am going to blog about this lovely thing called the Election of 2012.  Contenders Romney vs. Obama.  This election is extremely crucial because we will get an idea of how Americans feel about dear President Obama.  Also we will see how Romney is going to do in the election as well.  I think that both of the candidates have a lot of schmoozing to do to the American public.  They have to do a lot of schmoozing because the American people are upset and they are sick of the way things are going with the country (I talk as if I am an outsider).  I know that I am one unhappy American to some degree and I will let you know why in a minute.  Romney has to be able to persuade women, minorities, and to some degree religious minorities to vote for him.  Obama really just needs to let the people know that he is going to fulfill his promises if he is elected.

A part of me is pessimistic and believes that Obama will win, maybe not easily.  So you now see my bias and that is okay.  All I got to say that if Obama wins I hope that he will cooperate a little more with the opposing party and they do the same.  Romney, now if he gets elected I believe that he will have the ability to work with the Democrats.  I say this because people forget that he is a bit more liberal the most Republicans.  For instance, the healthcare bill that got passed for the nation actually used ideas from the one that he help make in Massachusetts.  He worked with the Democrats in his state and I believe that he could do it if he were to win.

Okay so now onto the other part of this post, Post-election.

So there are key issues that Obama or Romney are going to have to deal with.
Lovely Iran

This is important because Iran is getting pretty brave with this whole mining the strait and what not.  If they do mine the strait (which is international waters) that is considered an act of war, no matter what reason they do it for.  That means that the UN is going to have to do something about it or a coalition of countries are going to need to do something about it.

Lovely Israel

Now Israel, I think that they are going to attack Iran, but I still hope negotiations will work.  However, the thought of Iran with nukes or nuclear power is still risky.

The Economy

Yes that issue does still exist and it will for awhile.  The economy needs to pick up.  I am down for bringing jobs back to America, but remember things will be a bit more pricier because the objects are made in America.  So you better buy them or the jobs will go back to another country where there is cheap labor.

Issue of Polarization between the Conservatives an the Liberals

This is a big one because are wonderful Congress and the President need to work together.  Both sides need to understand that you are not going to get all that you want and the opposition is not going to let you get everything you want.  Think about life, you will never get everything you want, that is reality.  However, it is not just their fault for the lack of compromise.  It is the American public because they are divided so Congress is divided.  The American public needs to also learn that they are not going to get everything they want, a reality that needs to be recognized.  Politicians in Congress are so worried about getting re-elected that they do not want to compromise on the big issues and this is hurting America. Stop making politics a career, if you do not get re-elected then at least you will remember that you did your job and your constituents will see that the decision was a good or bad one in the future.

Compromise and a better economy is going to be key to sustaining this country.  Our dear Founding Fathers knew that factions were going to be a problem and it is a very big problem now.

I had a little fun with pics, there are a lot of battles.

Occupy the Courts?

So you now want to occupy the courts?

Well they are occupying the courts because the Supreme Court allowed companies to donate to political campaigns. However, did you know that companies donate to both Democrats and Republicans? Did you know that labor unions still donate to the Republican campaigns too? If you take a Government class and few more politics you will see that. My professor showed us statistics on PACs that donated to both Republicans and Democrats and it showed that they like to donate to both even when they are running against one another.

Americans forget that there two sides to the story. Corporations if they donate are going to likely donate to both types of candidates. This is the problem with America they think that everything is one sided. Labor unions when they form PACs, they do donate to both sides.

Not everything is black and white as people would like to think. There is plenty of gray when it comes to campaign contributions.

Increase Benefits with A Cost

So Congress has decided that they want to increase benefits to people that are receiving Social Security and Medicare. However, all this benefits are going to come at a high cost. Taxes are going to increase, the Congress is going to increase taxes so they could pay for all these benefits. As a result, inflation is going to occur and the people that are going to be affected the most are the poor people.

The poor people are going to impacted because Congress is going to decrease the amount of people that are going to receive aid. They have to decrease aid in areas that affect them the most. Like Head Start programs, Food Stamps and other forms.

Now before you start trying to blame a party. Look at it this way. One, Republicans hold a majority in House of Reps. Two, Democrats hold a majority in the Senate. Congress has decided that this was the only solution, but there is more solutions then what they think. This is similar to what happen in Jimmy Carter's time and Ronald Reagan decreased taxes in order to get inflation down.

History tends to repeat itself. People may think it is cool that Social Security and Medicare got increased, but in the end it is the same before the benefits were increased. Taxes increase and so does the price to live.

Crazy Republicans

http://gothamist.com/2011/09/15/james_carville_to_president_obama_t.php

This guy had the nerve to say that he does not want any crazy Republicans running the country. I guess he is really scared that Republicans might actually win the race. Who is to say that some of Obama's ideas were not crazy. I clearly understand where this guy stands. He is a close-minded individual that will never be able to see a middle ground. James Carville will always be negative towards the other party. At least I may be a Republican, but I want to see the benefits of both sides and that bad parts of ideas.

He is like some of t
hose Republicans and Democrats that do not want to compromise so that they could help the American people. He is clearly a portrait of the narrow-minded individuals in office that are hurting our nation. Put aside the thoughts of your campaign to be re-elected and start thinking about the citizens. If people do not re-elect you, you need to let them know that what you did was for the best interest of America. We need to start having term limits on the Representatives and the Senators.

By the way Republicans will fire right back at you James Carville for ignorantly attacking the Republicans the way you did. You obviously have no sense in what you said and how politically incorrect you were you idiot. I have some arguments that I would love to present to a narrow-minded guy like you. At least I can see in the middle of things.

American Plurality

Now I would like to clarify some of my blogs before I get onto the subject
  1. My blog is of my opinions, yes there are going to be some things that you do not agree with and there might be some things that do not make sense to you, but it does to me because it is my thoughts.
  2. Views are going to differ and you are just going to have to deal with it or do not read it at all.
  3. I do like the fact that America did get Osama Bin Laden, it is just sometimes you got to question how they did it, that does not hurt. People need to look at the process too and not just the results. The end does not justify the means, I am just sayin.

Okay so if you are wondering why I am began with this, it is because someone had a problem with my blog because I do not agree with him in political matters. So that brings me to the title of this post "American Plurality." What I mean by this is that America composes of a diverse sets of minds, people, and ideas. We are not going to agree with each other all the time and some people just do not know how to accept that. I do not agree with the left-wing people and they do not agree with me and that is fine. However, I am not going to get into a stupid debate on trying to convince them that I am right. We both could be right in different ways.

I think that one of the goals of the Founding Fathers was to let us have the freedom to be able to differ in opinions without being persecuted for it and hence why we have the freedom to practice different religions. They saw that back in the day England would burn people for heresy if they did not agree with the religion at the time and they would behead or quarter people for high treason if they differed with the monarchy that the time.

The Founding Fathers desired us to live in a country where different opinions are allowed to exist without persecution from the GOVERNMENT!! Now the law and judges will handle the people that persecute other people for their opinions. I am proud and happy to live in AMERICA because I can say what I want and when I want to. Now if my opinion does not agree with yours then you will have to deal and get over it.

There are two sides to every argument and if you do not agree that is fine with me.
